Some Nail Editor products may include handmade or semi-handmade details. Slight variations in pattern placement, texture, glitter, chrome effect, pearl finish, embellishments, or overall finish are normal and are not considered defects.

5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency displayed on our website unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, and shipping fees at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
If a payment is declined, incomplete, flagged as suspicious, or unable to be verified, we may cancel or delay the order.

Custom-made, personalized, final sale, clearance, or promotional items may not be eligible for cancellation once production or processing has started.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times, processing times, and delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery time may be affected by the shipping carrier, local holidays, weather, incorrect address information, customs procedures, service disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
Nail Editor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and the shipping carrier as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist with checking the shipping status, but Nail Editor is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier, unless required by applicable law.
Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery address and monitor tracking updates.
10. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
For hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails that have been worn, tried on, applied with glue or adhesive tabs, filed, trimmed, customized, altered, or removed from their original packaging may not be returned or exchanged.
Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within the time period stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Nail Editor reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our policy requirements.
11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Every order is carefully inspected before shipment. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Minor handmade differences, slight color variations, and small differences caused by lighting, photography, screen display, or production batches are not considered product defects.
12. Allergy & Skin Sensitivity
Some customers may be sensitive or allergic to nail products, adhesives, adhesive tabs, acrylic materials, gel products, alcohol pads, cleaning wipes, or cosmetic accessories.
We recommend performing a patch test before full application, especially if you have sensitive skin, allergies, or a history of reactions to cosmetic or nail products.
If redness, itching, swelling, irritation, discomfort, or any allergic reaction occurs, please stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice if needed.
Allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or irritation caused by individual body conditions, improper application, prolonged wear, incorrect removal, or misuse are not considered product defects once the product has been used.
13. Size, Fit & Application Responsibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide and selecting the correct nail size before placing an order.
Due to differences in natural nail shapes, curves, and sizes, press-on nails may fit differently from person to person.
Incorrect sizing selected by the customer is not considered a product defect.
The wear time of press-on nails may vary depending on nail preparation, application method, adhesive type, daily activities, water exposure, climate, and individual nail conditions.
We do not guarantee a specific number of days of wear. Lifting, falling off, chipping, or reduced wear time caused by improper application, excessive water exposure, oil residue, incorrect removal, or individual nail conditions is not considered a product defect.
14. Product Care
Customers are responsible for following all care, storage, application, and removal instructions provided by Nail Editor.
Press-on nails should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, children, and pets.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, misuse, accidental damage, excessive force, water exposure, chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions.
15. Promotional Offers, Discounts & Gifts
Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, free gifts, and special offers may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or refuse any promotion or discount at any time without prior notice.
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders unless otherwise stated.
Complimentary gifts may be included from time to time at our discretion. If you return your primary purchase for a full refund, any unused complimentary gift may need to be returned. If the gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from your final refund.
