Please check our Size Guide before ordering. Measure the widest part of each natural nail in millimeters for the best fit.

We recommend choosing the larger size. A slightly larger nail can usually be gently filed at the sides for a better fit.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Incorrect sizing is not considered a product defect.

Start with clean, dry nails. Choose the correct size, prep your natural nails, apply adhesive tabs or nail glue, then press firmly for 15–30 seconds.

Adhesive tabs are best for short-term wear and easier removal. Nail glue usually provides a stronger hold but should be removed more carefully.

Wear time varies depending on nail preparation, adhesive type, lifestyle, water exposure, and personal nail condition. We do not guarantee a specific number of days of wear.

Do not pull or peel them off. Soak your nails in warm water and gently loosen the edges with a wooden stick or removal tool.

Some sets may be reusable if applied and removed carefully, especially when used with adhesive tabs.

If you have sensitive skin or allergies to cosmetic, adhesive, or nail products, please perform a patch test before full application.

Stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice if needed.

We accept eligible return or exchange requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.

No. For hygiene and safety reasons, worn, tried-on, glued, filed, trimmed, customized, altered, or opened press-on nails cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Store them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat, moisture, children, and pets.

Apply them to clean, dry nails. Avoid water, steam, lotion, oil, and heavy hand use for at least 1–2 hours after application.
