At Nail Editor, we want you to feel confident and happy with your press-on nail order. Each set is carefully checked before shipping. If there is any issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept eligible return or exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and in the exact same condition as when you received it. The item must also be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
For hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails that have been worn, tried on, applied with glue or adhesive tabs, filed, trimmed, customized, or removed from their original packaging may not be returned or exchanged.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Every order is carefully inspected before shipment. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue quickly.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
Please note that minor handmade differences, slight color variations, and small differences caused by lighting, photography, or screen display are not considered product defects.
3. Allergy & Skin Sensitivity Notice
Our press-on nails are designed for external cosmetic use only. Please carefully review the product materials and accessories before use, especially if you have sensitive skin or a history of allergies.
Possible sensitivity may be related to nail glue, adhesive tabs, acrylic materials, gel products, alcohol pads, cleaning wipes, or other cosmetic accessories.
We recommend performing a patch test before full application. If you experience redness, itching, swelling, irritation, discomfort, or any allergic reaction, please stop using the product immediately and seek medical advice if needed.
Allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or irritation caused by individual body conditions, improper application, prolonged wear, incorrect removal, or misuse are not considered product defects once the product has been used.
For hygiene and safety reasons, used, worn, glued, altered, or opened items cannot be returned due to allergy or skin sensitivity concerns unless the item is proven to have a manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong product.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Used or worn press-on nails
Items that have been tried on, glued, filed, trimmed, altered, or customized
Items removed from their original packaging for hygiene reasons
Custom-made or personalized nail sets
Final sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items unless defective
Gift cards or digital products
Items returned without original packaging, accessories, tools, or complimentary gifts
5. Size, Fit & Application Responsibility
Please review our size guide carefully before placing your order. Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer. However, we may provide support, sizing advice, or possible replacement options where available.
Press-on nail durability may vary depending on nail preparation, application method, adhesive type, daily activities, water exposure, and individual nail conditions.
Lifting, falling off, or reduced wear time caused by improper application, incorrect removal, excessive water exposure, or personal nail conditions is not considered a product defect.
6. Color & Handmade Disclaimer
We do our best to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and production batches.
Some press-on nail designs may include handmade details. Slight variations in pattern placement, texture, glitter, chrome effect, embellishments, or finish are normal and do not affect product quality.
These small differences are part of the handmade beauty of the product and are not considered defects.
7. Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Once your order has been shipped, delivery time may be affected by the shipping carrier, local holidays, weather, incorrect address information, or other factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in checking the shipping status.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
8. Gifts & Complimentary Items
From time to time, we may include complimentary gifts with your order.
If you return your primary purchase for a full refund, any unused complimentary gift must also be included in the return package.
If the complimentary gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from your final refund.
9. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
