1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Our standard order processing time is usually 15 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Processing time may vary depending on order volume, product availability, customization requirements, promotional periods, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

 

2. Made-to-Order or Customized Items

Some Nail Editor products may be handmade, semi-handmade, made-to-order, or customized.

Made-to-order or customized items may require additional processing time before shipment. Estimated processing times, if applicable, will be provided on the product page or during checkout.

Once production or processing has started, made-to-order or customized items may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

3. Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the estimated time it takes for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination country or region, shipping method, carrier service, local holidays, weather, service disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

 

4. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods may vary depending on your location and the options shown at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

 

5. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully check your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or province, postal code, country, phone number, and email address before placing your order.

Nail Editor is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or returned packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.

 

6. Order Changes After Purchase

If you need to update your shipping address or order information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@raccoonworkshk.com.

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are unable to change the shipping address or delivery details.

 

7. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ship orders in a timely manner, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Possible causes of delay may include, but are not limited to:

High order volume

Carrier delays

Local holidays

Weather conditions

Service disruptions

Incorrect or incomplete address information

Customs or import processing

Remote delivery locations

Unexpected events beyond our reasonable control

Nail Editor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, local delivery services, incorrect customer information, or events outside our control.

 

8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, the carrier is responsible for the delivery of the package.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, front door, reception area, parcel locker, neighbors, household members, or local delivery office.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us at support@raccoonworkshk.com so we can assist you where possible.

Nail Editor is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages after they have been marked as delivered, unless required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to provide a secure delivery address and monitor tracking updates carefully.

 

9. Damaged Packages During Shipping

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos or videos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and damaged items before discarding any materials.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@raccoonworkshk.com with your order number and supporting photos or videos.

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

 

10. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the items received, packaging, and shipping label.

After review, we will do our best to make it right.

 

11. Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Nail Editor due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package, we will contact you once the package is received.

The customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return was caused by an error on our part.

If the customer chooses not to have the order reshipped, any refund issued may exclude original shipping fees, return shipping fees, handling fees, or other costs already incurred.

 

12. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping fees may vary depending on your location, shipping method, order weight, order value, and promotional offers.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order was canceled before shipment or the issue was caused by an error on our part.

 

13. Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to product availability, order size, warehouse location, or shipping method.

If your order is shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.

 

14. Pre-Orders

If an item is listed as a pre-order product, the estimated shipping or processing time will be stated on the product page where applicable.

Pre-order shipping dates are estimates and may change due to production schedules, supplier delays, shipping carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on availability.
